I read a Kindle Fire review the other day that convinced me to buy one, but just today the new Ipad was announced. I took a look at what it offers and I’m not sure if I really even want one. I mean it’s got a sweet screen, but other than that it’s basically a $500 laptop with less features. I’ll probably just stick with what I have.

My friend and I have traveled t a lot of countries around the world and since we are statisticians, we like doing our own investigations. We found the problem of single mothers was less common in other parts of the world. By single mothers, I am referring specifically to teenage new moms.

My girlfriend was quite happy yesterday with her purchase of the best quality roman blinds online. Well, I asked her why she thought what she purchased was indeed of the best quality as advertised, but I think she knows better about blinds than myself. I seem to be better with curtains when it should have really been the other way round. I seem to be good at picking excellent quality curtains for the best prices.

My wife who is an economist cannot help but go for all sorts of penny stock picks and buy shares with companies new or established with her beloved pennies. I always argue with her but she always wins. She makes a decent amount of yearly income from her stock investments through dividends and last year she bought a new car because her share gained in prices and she profited through capital gains. I am not an economist so can’t really understand the whole process.

Living in the big city was certainly not my dream as a little girl. I never had a
dream where I was in the top of one of the numerous new york city apartments living there, residing there. Dealing with the noise, smog, and noise of the big apple. I have always been a country girl and expected to e living somewhere like Texas or something. But one thing my professors taught me in school, go where the money is. And in my line of work, I need to be in the big cities.

I suppose when my dad tells me he is going to do something, I need to pay attention from now on. He told me he was going to install solar panels on the roof of his house, and I just blew it off as him talking. But when I got the call from the hospital, I realized he was not just talking. Thankfully it was just broken legs, this time. What happens next time when no one is there to call the ambulance for help! I was angry at him, but had no one to blame but myself for not believing him.

I have a lot of plans made for this year. I want to setup a new business in the travel sector as I have around 20 years experience in this field. I had been employed by an international tour operating firm, I held a nice position and was well paid. But due to circumstances beyond my control, I couldn’t perform well enough this year so they thought I should be among those they should make redundant. Anyway, I am starting my own travel agency and I am planning on booking a spot for a trade fair, so I am looking at Matta Fair promotions.

The world has become a universe of deception. Money is the determinant gene. There are genuine companies selling genuine products and then cross selling unnecessary products to their loyal customers. Insurance being a common example. Firms force us into insurance we never wanted for ourselves. But as consumers we are guarded by our rights. We can claim back the money we were charged inappropriately. Like if we were charged any sort of protection insurance for a financial product, we are now entitled to ppi claims so get back our lost income. This is the real protection, finance companies do not protect us, we protect ourselves.
